•    Development of Manufacturing Facility Conceptual Designs, including Basis of Design (BOD), Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates, and high-level project schedules
•    Preparation and management of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), bid evaluations, schedule assessments, and definition of key performance indicators (KPIs)
•    Client representation throughout detailed design, procurement, and construction phases
•    Commissioning execution and validation oversight to support operational readiness and regulatory compliance
